Meet the wenches behind Heinous Wench, Erin and Osha!

Welcome! My name is Erin and I live life off grid with my soul dog, Osha, in the majestic Rocky Mountains.
After exiting an abusive relationship, I found myself reflecting more deeply on all the ways in which I had kept myself small and agreeing to the narrative fear had woven into my life. After finally standing up for myself and putting up a boundary, my ex called me "vicious" in response. Something clicked in this moment. As someone who is highly sensitive and hyper aware, I realized with this comment how much power I had been giving away in fear of causing upset, that the stories spinning wildly in my mind about being a "bad person" would be true if I set a boundary or tried to walk away. I began to understand then that if leaving and demanding more from life made me vicious, then I am indeed vicious; and with that, I must be a Heinous Wench, too.
Thus, I desire to empower others to own and transmute the hatred, misunderstanding, and judgement cast our way by the dominant culture. Encouraging an inquiry of what it might be like to come together as subordinate and minority groups to generate communal wealth, a strong sense of local community, and interdependence.

Each month, $1 from every purchase of a Heinous Wench Unisex Tee will go towards organizations supporting and aiding domestic violence survivors, LGBTQIA+, and QTBIPOC.
This month proceeds will be going to RISE

Osha and I love frolicking together, creating, spending time with loved ones, and listening in for alternative ways to stimulate, learn, and integrate pathways to disrupt the status quo.
